We are looking for “VAS Engineer” based at Islamabad. Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in relevant field.
Responsible for:
• Hands on experience on VAS Nodes Like IN, MCA, VPMN, USSD, CRBT etc.
• Provide level II and III support to customers of VAS nodes.
• Operations, Maintenance, troubleshooting, technical execution and up-gradation of nodes.
• Performance analysis of each VAS node to maintain the predefined KPI’s.
• Responsible for Handling of customer Complaints and resolve within SLA.
• ZTE experience will be preferred
