YKK Pakistan (Private) Limited is looking for a Senior Technical Executive (Assembly Department) to join our factory located in the Karachi Export Processing Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical staff and train both new and existing operators.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, update records, and plan maintenance schedules.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, monitor machine parameters, and inspect zipper quality.
- Install new machines, develop layout plans, and drive operational improvements.
- Maintain records, update check sheets, ensure HSE compliance, and supervise machine disposal.
- Conduct cost analysis and implement cost reduction initiatives.
Qualifications: B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) in a relevant field.
Experience: 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector.
