YKK Pakistan Private Limited is seeking a “Team Leader – Customer Support” for our Lahore Sales Office, located in Gulberg, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Organize and lead the Customer Support section at YKK Pakistan as a Team Leader.
2) Ensure staff training and motivation within the section to achieve individual and team targets/objectives.
3) Participate in weekly sales meetings to stay updated on order intake, customer demands, complaints, and other relevant matters.
4) Manage all operational tasks for the Customer Support team effectively.
5) Share information on new items or procedures with customers.
6) Oversee daily order-to-dispatch operations.
7) Follow up with the sales staff regarding price quotations and credit terms, subject to management approval.
8) Coordinate with customers on bulk orders to prepare relevant materials based on buyer-provided forecasts.
9) Monitor the customer complaint log and guide the team to implement improvements.
10) Strive for excellence in customer satisfaction by delivering smooth and proactive customer service.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business studies, preferably with a major in Marketing, from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the textile industry.

Skills:

1) Proficiency in MS Excel and email correspondence.
2) Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3) Time management and project management abilities.
4) Leadership and negotiation skills.
