YKK Pakistan Private Limited is seeking a “Customer Support Officer” for our Lahore Sales Office, located at Gulberg, Jail Road, Lahore, Pakistan.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective flow of the sales order process.
- Prepare and share P/I (Proforma Invoice) with customers and follow up until approval.
- Manage response time for daily customer queries.
- Share ready dates with customers and secure approvals for applying NOCs.
- Coordinate with the Export and Supply Chain sections based on customer requests and follow up on order completion.
- Prepare discount sheets and ensure discounts are accurately updated in the system.
- Create item registration forms and facilitate the registration of items and prices.
- File documents post-shipment, including order history and payment records.
Qualifications:
Education: B.Com or BBA from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the textile industry.
Skills:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Product knowledge and market research capabilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications and MS Office operations.
- Negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Teamwork and time management abilities.
