YAYVO Pakistan Jobs HR Executive/HR Officer:We are looking for an HR Executive/HR Officer to join the HR Department at YAYVO, in our Karachi office.
Job Description:
As a part of the HR team, you will be responsible for the following aspects:
Assisting in recruitment process by screening, interviewing, and shortlisting applicants.
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
Maintaining HR records and Database.
Orienting new employees and developing staff through Organizational Development.
Organizing employee training sessions and activities.
Managing all the Operational HR tasks.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates on semi-annual basis.
Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters with Majors in HR
0-1 years of relevant experience
Prior experience of HR Operations and Organizational Development
Solid communication skills
MS Office
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking
Systems
