Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and write code for complex software systems and applications
- Provide architecture and design to project management teams for execution and implementation.
- Provide technological assessments, devise strategies and design roadmaps for one or more technology domains.
- Participate in planning individual sprints or entire projects.
- Assist project stakeholders in identifying the scope of work.
- Work with application developers, users, and subject matter experts to understand current and future project/product goals.
- Recommend modern technology stacks to meet project/product goals and requirements while helping the engineering teams in migrating towards these.
- Collaborate with the client�s operational and technological teams on the future prospects of project/product and design a technical roadmap to achieve the targets.
- Work with project stakeholders in identifying the required skill set for the project/product for effective resource allocation.
- Be a mentor for software engineers at all levels.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field.
- At least 10 years of diversified experience in software engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages/platforms (Java, Web, Android, iOS, Cloud)
- Proven architecture and design skills
- Strong knowledge of design patterns (core, enterprise, integration, cloud)
- Proficiency with RDBMS, NoSQL, Big Data systems
- Good knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD related processes
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
