- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace and recommend preventive measures to minimize risks.โฃ
- Implement safety training programs for employees, ensuring they are aware of safety protocols.โฃ
- Investigate accidents, incidents or near misses to identify the root cause and prevent recurrence.โฃ
- Support in conducting drills and ensure that employees know what to do in case of emergencies such as fires, spills or medical situations.โฃ
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections and site visits to assess the effectiveness of safety measures and ensure adherence to safety protocols.โฃ
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training programs, incidents and prepare reports.โฃ
โฃ
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ: โฃโฃ - Bachelorโs degree in Science or a relevant field.โฃ
- 4 to 5 years of experience in safety management, including risk assessments, audits and training.โฃ
- HSE certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH would be preferred.โฃ
- In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation, regulations and standards.โฃ
- Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills.โฃ
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.โฃ
