Position Title: Director Marketing & Sales
Overview:
Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing and sales initiatives for an online institution offering variety of professional certifications. Drive enrollment growth, enhance brand visibility, and optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote online
• certification programs.
• Oversee the sales team to drive enrollment and revenue goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Collaborate with academic and program teams to align marketing efforts with program objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA
preferred. Proven experience in marketing and sales management, preferably in the
education sector. Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving targets.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
