We are hiring an Assistant Manager Legal for our Islamabad office. This is a fantastic opportunity for legal professionals who are eager to take on challenging and impactful work!
📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Islamabad, PK
📄 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: 6 Months (𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥)
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
🔹 Draft, review, and manage commercial and technical contracts independently.
🔹 Conduct thorough legal research and assist in regulatory correspondence with bodies like SECP, PTA, and PEMRA.
🔹 Handle litigation processes efficiently across lower and high courts.
🔹 Collaborate with various teams and provide expert legal counsel on diverse matters.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
✔️ A law degree from a reputed institution and enrollment in Pakistan’s courts.
✔️ 3-4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal role.
✔️ Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms.
