Transsion Pakistan Jobs Procurement Officer:

Transsion Pakistan is looking for the position of “Procurement Officer“, in Karachi office.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a procurement officer or related position

Responsibilities
· Strategic procurement planning and execution.
· Create and maintain good relationships with Vendors/suppliers and sales team.
· Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other important data.
· Negotiate the best deal for pricing.
· Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed.
· Update and track procurement on daily basis
· Issuance of PO
· Ensure that procurement process is being properly followed
· Follow up for documents required for invoice processing
· Follow up for vendor payments with Finance department
· Maintaining procurement records
· Provide support in internal and external audit

Requirements and skills

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
  • Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player.
