TPL Corporation Limited Jobs Assistant Manager Internal Control :
TPL Corp is looking for “Assistant Manager Internal Control” to join our growing team. The incumbent will be responsible in assisting in conducting evaluations, assessing risks and compliance with regulations. This is a Karachi based role.
Knowledge & Skills Requirement:
- MBA / ACCA Qualified / ICMA Qualified or CA Part qualified with 3.5 years’ articles experience is mandatory with overall 4-5 years of working experience
- Have significant related accounting experience
- Show strong organizational
- Administrative and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical skills, and good attention to detail
- least three years of relevant professional experience
Key Responsibilities (Functional Competencies):
- Analyzing, identifying and prioritizing financial and operational risks
- To assist in Planning, performing and reporting on individual audits
Tracking and verifying through follow-up audit actions - Analyzing information and conduct testing to detect deficient, non-existent controls, inefficiencies etc
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships
- Preparing of well drafted audit reports including recommendations that incorporate corrective, detective and preventive measures to address control weaknesses and various kinds of risks that are involved
- To assist in establishing the policies, procedures and controls for the accounting department, while monitoring employee compliance
- To support in integration of operational risk management controls, compliance controls and internal controls over financial reporting
- To assist in surprise & unplanned audits (either limited or full scope) and investigate any process irregularity on independent basis
- Any other task as required by the Head of Department
