Responsibilities include:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market surveys and analyze trends.
- Prepare detailed reports on findings for senior management.
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Assist in developing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create promotional content.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective activities.
Campaign and Event Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Organize Used Car Galas and Toyota Sure Auctions.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making adjustments as needed.
Reporting and Coordination:
- Report to senior management and Toyota Motors Asia on marketing activities and KPIs .
- Ensure alignment with Toyota Motors Asias guidelines and standards.
Branding and Awareness:
- Develop and implement T-Sure branding and awareness campaigns.
- Uphold Toyota Sures digital media presence across online platforms.
- Innovate strategies for digital growth and creative outreach.
Digital and Social Media Management:
- Manage digital and social media platforms, monitoring performance and handling vendors.
- Supervise media management on digital and traditional platforms.
- Spearhead various T-Sure digital initiatives.
ATL & BTL Activities:
- Plan and execute Above The Line ATL and Below The Line BTL marketing activities for Toyota Sure.
Vendor and Budget Management:
- Cultivate strong vendor relationships, conducting negotiations for optimal results.
- Implement efficient systems to minimize budget wastage.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation.
- Customer Experience Evaluation:
- Evaluate customer experience to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
