Toyota Creek Motors is looking for a Recovery Executive who should have the following:
1- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelors
2- 1 to 2 years experience in the relevant field
3- Good organizational abilities
4- Good communication abilities
Job Description: As a Recovery Executive, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Calling customers and making follow-up till resolution of accounts.
- Visiting the customers
- Keeping track of assigned accounts to you and your team identifying outstanding debts.
- Keeping track of routes and visits by you and your team.
- Ensuring that the collection targets are met according to the collection strategy.
- Resolving the customer’s problems and conflict management
- Any other task related to activities carried on by recovery department.
- Promoting and ensuring a clear, transparent and accurate information on each customer.
