The University of South Asia is looking for a Banquet Manager to oversee and enhance our campus café operations. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage daily operations, ensure top-quality service, and create an engaging dining experience for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Execution: Organize and manage café operations, events, and catering services.
Operations Management: Oversee daily functions, staff scheduling, and resource allocation.
Quality Control: Maintain food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Budget & Inventory: Manage costs, procurement, and stock levels efficiently.
Customer Experience: Ensure top-tier service and handle guest feedback professionally.
Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and motivate café staff for peak performance.
Compliance: Adhere to university policies and food industry regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in banquet/café management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple events and ensure seamless service.
