We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at The Kidney Centre. The ideal candidate for this position will be an MBA graduate with a major in marketing and who possesses 8-10 years of proven experience in healthcare marketing. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s healthcare offerings, goals, and objectives.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify pricing trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the healthcare industry.

Brand Management: Oversee and enhance TKC’s brand presence in the healthcare sector, ensuring brand consistency and integrity.

Service Promotion: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote TKC services via digital and traditional channels and coordinate with advertising agency to create and produce marketing materials, including advertisements, flyers, brochures, banners, and other promotional materials.

Social Media Management: Manage our social media platforms, ensuring regular updates of our website and Facebook page with fresh, engaging content.
Marketing Collateral Management: Oversee the printing and reprinting of all marketing collateral and maintain an up-to-date list of brochures and materials.
Customer Acquisition: Identify and implement strategies to acquire new healthcare customers and expand the customer base.

Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve departmental objectives.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and strategies.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts, and provide reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • MBA with a major in marketing is required.
  • 8-10 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including its trends and challenges.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
