CLUSTER/AREA COORDINATOR(S)
JEHLUM – GUJRAT
Tehsils: Sohawa – Kharain
Each Cluster/Area Coordinator will be responsible for approx. 10-15 Schools with the following high-level breakup of activities:
- Support and Manage School Operations in the assigned area, including Budgets, Logistics, Supplies
- Timely conduction of Trainings, Assessments, Exams and other activities
- Maintenance of Schools and Inventory Tracking
- Technical Support to Schools in maintaining ICT Systems
- Support school heads in the Admission Campaigns
- Assist in implementing Academic Programs
- Provide support and guidance to the School Head and Staff
- Monitor and Evaluate academic activities, and share Progress Reports
- Maintain School Attendance and Drop-Out details along with verification of Student Information and maintaining records
- Provide school-based training/support to the headteacher and other teachers
- Ensure the quality of academic programs and achievement of intended objectives/results
