TATA PAKISTAN is looking for Senior Manager Learning & Development.
Role:
Manage the learning & development (L&D) function
Design and deliver L&D interventions based on needs assessment
Develop and conduct assessment centers
Design competency frameworks and conduct gap analysis
Create and execute employee engagement initiatives
Prepare and manage the L&D budget
Analyze and report L&D metrics
Education: Minimum BBA/BS
Experience: 05 plus years
Experience: 5+ years relevant experience in L&D. Must have designed and conducted trainings and assessment centers
Competencies: Strong in the following:
Instructional design, Training content creation and delivery, Communication and relationship building, Critical thinking, Implementation and execution and competency framework development
