𝐓𝐚𝐣 𝐆𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 is expanding its Lubricant team and seeking a dynamic and results-driven 𝑻𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚 𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒓 to join our growing organization.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record in sales and deep understanding of the lubricant industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨:
· Develop and implement effective sales plans for the assigned territory.
· Identify and target potential customers, distributors, and retailers.
· Achieve sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
· Actively seek new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
· Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.
· Conduct product presentations and training sessions for distributors and retailer
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the
𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐬 – 𝐁𝟐𝐁 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 or related industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing business objectives.
Education: Bachelor’s degree
