🔍 Scheduling Executive
📍 Karachi
💼 EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
🎓 QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree
🗒️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule and oversee fuel deliveries, resolving issues and prioritizing urgent requests.
- Ensures that daily fuel deliveries are executed as planned and manage any delivery issue (i.e., weather problems, diversions, traffic, etc.)
- Collaborate daily with Customer Operations, Terminal Operations, Logistics, Sales, and Supply teams to ensure smooth supply operations.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE and company policies.
- Manage order changes and update the ERP system.
- Maintain data records for planning, execution, and delivery performance metrics.
