EXPERIENCE: 10+ years in sales, including 5 years in a senior leadership role within the OMC.
QUALIFICATION: BBA/MBA Marketing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets and strengthen market dominance.
- Market Expansion: Drive, lead, and inspire by identifying emerging opportunities and expanding the dealer and distributor network.
- Team Management: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team across multiple regions to ensure operational excellence.
- Network Strength: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, distributors, and partners, to secure high-value contracts.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets through effective planning and execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless alignment of sales and business objectives.
- Crisis Management: Ability to manage sales challenges during market downturns, supply chain disruptions, or geopolitical shifts.
