We are looking to hire Assistant Manager Quality Assurance – BPO for our Lahore and Karachi offices.
Candidate requirements:
- 5 plus years of professional experience including 3+ years in core BPO operations management
- Business degree with an IT background preferred
- PMP certified or equivalent are preferred
Tech-savvy - Inspiring leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills - Entrepreneurial, passionate, highly organized and customer focused
- Must be flexible with rotational shifts
