Location: Karachi
Shift Timings: Evening & Night shift
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience: 1-3 years in system and network support

Job Specifications and Duties:
- Provide end-user training and maintain user guides and ISMS documentation.
- Provide support for LAN issues and ensure network connectivity.
- Assist users with application support, resolving software and hardware issues.
- Monitor virtual machines, application servers, and file servers for optimal performance.
- Track CPU, storage, and memory utilization, performing routine health checks.
- Utilize Network Monitoring Systems (NMS) to oversee routers, switches, and WiFi networks.
- Respond promptly to system and network incidents, documenting resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in planning and executing system and network upgrades and apply security patches.
