Location: Karachi
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in HRM or MBA
Experience: 3 – 5 years in BPO and Technical recruitment (Local & International)
Shift Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Mon – Fri)

- Data Management: Maintain records and market research on potential talent pools.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use social media, job boards, and networks to attract both local and international talent.

- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire process from job posting to hiring.
- Interview Coordination: Conduct interviews and assess qualifications.
- Collaborative Hiring: Work closely with managers to meet staffing needs.
