Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for complete contract management which includes contract drafting, reviewing, negotiation with clients and vendors, and repository management. Additionally, providing legal advice, guidance, and support to the organization to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, protect the organization’s legal interests, any litigation matters, and manage legal risks.
Job Specifications and Duties:
· Work closely with business and support functions to provide support and ensure timely processing of contracts and commercial agreements.
· Provide legal support to the organization in areas relating to all legal matters.
· Provide legal advice and support to various internal departments.
· Collaborate with Sybrid Management team in areas of dispute resolution and pre-litigation matters.
· Handle all legal matters within the organization.
· Perform other legal work as required based on business needs.
