We are looking for an exceptional candidate for the position of GTM Head. The role involves overseeing the implementation of the overall franchise distribution for GTM and ensuring that all GTM KPIs are consistently met. This includes analyzing and reporting GTM KPIs to the Head of Sales as well as ensuring compliance with established KPI standards. Additionally, the responsibility extends to managing route development and re-routing for distribution, alongside performance analysis to optimize efficiency. The position also requires supporting the sales team by addressing and resolving any issues related to GTM. Furthermore, it includes leading training and development programs for PSRs, focusing on enhancing their skills in making professional sales calls at the outlet level
