Job Description:
• Executing recruitment plans aligned with org strategy
• Establishing effective sourcing channels for recruitment
• Networking & Liaison with University’s Placement Offices for running recruitment drives
• Running effective recruiting systems for the hiring
• Handling and administration of recruitment Databases
• Shortlisting & aligning interviews in close coordination with concerned department heads
• Having experience in employee onboarding
• Good presentation skills for orientations
Educational Requirement:
• BBA/MBA (Preferably HR)
• Should have excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of MS Office
