WE ARE HIRING! ASSISTANT MANAGER ADMIN & HR
We are looking for Assistant Manager Admin & HR for one of our entities engaged in mining business.
Requirements
- Manage daily administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents.
- Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
- Perform HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, policy development, employee record maintenance, and performance tracking etc.
- Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Assist payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Exhibit excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business, or any relevant degree.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & HRIS.
