Urgently looking for a Sr. HR Officer for our Office at Korangi. (Near Brookes Chowrangi). Bachelors/MBA along with 2-3 years of relevant field. Candidate’s job responsibilities will be as follows:
●To maintain the complaint log answer incoming calls, maintain log and reports and resolve the queries.
● Responsible for maintaining the organization’s brand image by keeping in touch with placements at various universities, for placements and career connections.
● To compile employee attendance records, extract relevant data, maintain spreadsheets, resolve biometric issues at all locations and update software.
● Responsible for Recruitment for all staff, finalising ads and posting, screen, shortlist, interview candidates for vacant positions as per the provided Job description.
● Negotiate offers with shortlisted candidates and conduct reference checks
● Responsible for employee onboarding.
● Responsible for addition and deletion & claims of employees in Health Insurance & Life Insurance.
● Responsible for updating leaves in the HR record and sharing user id for employees on joining of ESS when and where required.
● Responsible for rolling out monthly Payslips
● Responsible to assist the Assistant Manager in all payroll related tasks (allowances, overtime, new joiner & leavers)
● Responsible to roll out yearly tax certificates to employees.
● To assist in making of letters (offer, appointment, show cause, warnings, terminations etc), SOP’s, Policies & presentations for the dept.
●Responsible for clinic staff trainings on policies and procedures
