WE ARE HIRING CALL CENTER COUNSELOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling credit card payments and refunds.
- Information to passengers in case of cancellation/delayed flights.
- Issuance of staff tickets.
- Assistance to airport and city ticketing office.
- Comment cards processing.
- Reservations, modifications and handling passenger complaints.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience of call center preferred.
- Communication skills.
- Confident.
- Able to learn new system software.
- Flexible with working hours.
- Multitasking.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree OR Minimum 16 years of formal education.
