𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
· Oversee the procurement of yarn, fabric, dyes & chemicals, parts, accessories, and general items (both local and imported).
· Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with company goals and production needs.
· Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
· Manage vendor relationships, monitor vendor performance, and maintain detailed records.
· Ensure data is accurately recorded in ERP/software as per company SOPs.
· Coordinate with departments for smooth functioning of the procurement process and ensure compliance with all procedures.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
· Master’s degree with at least 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a managerial role within a textile unit.
· Strong knowledge of relevant markets for yarn, fabrics, and parts (local and international).
· Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, with excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
· ability to manage procurement budgets and reduce costs.
