We are hiring!
Sefam Pvt Ltd is looking for a Customer Relation Officer (CRO) for our Head Office.
Responsibilities include:
· Responding accurately & positively to customers on all brands (Kayseria, Leisure Club & Shahnameh) contact platforms.
· Finding information from all departments to fulfill the requirements of the customers.
· Multiple courier handling & complete knowledge of shopify & Ginko retail.
Candidate must have experience of customer handlining and problem-solving ability. Interested candidates holding bachelor’s degree along with 2-3 years of relevant experiences are encouraged to apply at [email protected].
