Sefam Pvt Ltd is looking for a Creative Lead for our Head Office.
Responsibilities include:
. Brainstorm and refine creative concepts based on project briefs.
. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
. Oversee the execution of visual and design elements to maintain consistency.
. Review and approve final creative deliverables.
. Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and production teams for seamless workflow.
. Provide constructive feedback to team members for improvement.
. Ensure creative projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
. Manage limited resources and prioritize tasks effectively.
. Stay updated with industry trends to ensure modern and relevant designs.
. Maintain a high standard of creativity and originality in all outputs.
Candidate having Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field & 5-8 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply at [email protected].
