SEFAM Pvt Ltd. is looking for Assistant Manager PR and social media. Ideal candidate shall be responsible for:

· Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the organization’s image and reputation
· Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
· Draft press releases, statements, and other communication materials.
· Coordinate and manage media interviews, press conferences, and other PR events.
· Provide smart solutions related to marketing campaigns.
· Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and PR goals.
· Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
· Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with the audience.
· Analyze social media metrics and provide insights for strategy optimization.
· Produce high-quality and relevant content for PR materials, social media posts, and other communication channels.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
· Develop and maintain a content calendar for timely and consistent content delivery.
· Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to manage potential PR issues.
· Act as a spokesperson during crises and manage communication with stakeholders.
· Implement strategies to mitigate negative publicity and protect the brand’s reputation.
· Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers to amplify positive messaging.
· Collaborate with internal teams to promote brand values and key messages.
· Implement employee advocacy programs to leverage internal support for external communication.
· Monitor and report on PR and social media performance using analytics tools.
· Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
· Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
· Assist in the planning and execution of events that align with PR and social media objectives.
· Coordinate logistics, invite media representatives, and ensure a positive event experience.
