At Least 05 Years of Experience in a Relevant Field.
Job Description:
- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in Lahore to drive business growth and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring the highest level of service.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell services/products to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
- Monitor and analyze client performance and business trends to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients.
- Regularly report on account status, sales forecasts, and key performance metrics.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on product usage, ensuring maximum value.
- Resolve client concerns and issues promptly and effectively to maintain long-term relationships.
