Sarena Textile Industries is looking for a knowledgeable and skilled personnel for the position of “Legal Counsel“.
The Candidate will should have knowledge of:
- International/ Trade Finance
- Corporate and contract laws
The selected candidate:
- Will be responsible for development of contracts to safeguard the business rights.
- Should evaluate all the legal implications that company is liable to once signed a contract.
- To oversee all the legal matters of all the companies under the umbrella.
- Should have a strong network and connected with good legal firms
Qualification: Law Graduate
Experience: 3-4 years
Salary: 100k
