JOB ROLE
- Oversee weaving preparatory activities, including warping, rebeaming & sizing.
- Ensure operational efficiency, quality control, and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor machinery performance, address maintenance needs, and ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve production targets and implement process improvements.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelor (preferably textile engineering).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Background either from denim or greige weaving is acceptable.
