We are seeking an experienced People Business Partner – Operations / Payroll
to manage HR operations, payroll management, data management, employee engagement, and system management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRMS software, and IT integration with a track record of efficient financial reporting and final settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management: Process and manage accurate payroll, including attendance, overtime, and deductions. Ensure timely final settlements for departing employees.

HRMS & System Management: Master HRMS systems, generate payroll and HR reports, troubleshoot issues, and stay updated on system enhancements.

Employee Engagement & Induction: Assist in onboarding new employees and support engagement initiatives to boost retention and satisfaction.

MIS & Reporting: Provide detailed payroll and HR reports for senior management, ensuring data accuracy and insights.

HR Operations & Compliance: Support HR operations, including employee benefits, HR policies, and compliance with payroll-related laws.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).

Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in payroll management, HRMS systems and in IT Industry.

Skills: Proficiency in HRMS software, payroll systems, MS Office, and strong communication skills. Experience in final settlements and legal compliance is essential.

Location: PECHS, Darul Aman Society, Karachi
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
