Job Title: Senior Executive Customer Services (Air-Export)
Job Responsibilities & Skills:
- Interaction with customers, respond to their queries and facilitate them by providing the appropriate services.
- Having good knowledge of Air Exports freight forwarding
- Dealing with International clients.
- Having good knowledge of Air Export Documentation
- Must be fluent in oral and written English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS-Office.
- Able to work in Day and Night shift
Qualification: Bachelor’s/ Master’s
Experience: 3 – 4 Years (Air – Export)
