Procon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Master Group of Companies) is seeking resumes for the position of Assistant Manager Production (Cutting & Stitching) at its Port Qasim, Karachi location.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in planning and managing cutting & stitching operations for seat cover production.
-Oversee workflow, scheduling, and shop floor management to meet production targets.
-Develop and update SOPs and best practices for fabric cutting and stitching.
-Troubleshoot fabric defects, cutting inefficiencies, and stitching issues.
-Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Train and supervise the cutting & stitching team to enhance skills and productivity.
Qualifications & Skills:
BE / BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
Strong understanding of production processes.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Good command of MS Office.
Experience:
2-3 years in Production, preferably in the automotive industry.
