Position: Head of Service Delivery
Location: Karachi
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL, C#, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, Asp.Net (Core, MVC, API, WinServices).
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivation to learn and adopt new technologies.
- Detail-oriented with a no-compromise attitude.
- Prefer candidates from technology or financial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee system infrastructure to ensure smooth functionality and efficiency.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of software solutions.
- Ensure data protection, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate system performance.
- Manage digital assets and system architecture changes.
- Create disaster recovery plans and deploy them when required.
- Stay updated on technology trends, managing budgets and timelines.
- Act as a mentor to the tech team, ensuring their growth and productivity.
- Collaborate with leadership to set a vision for the company’s technological advancements.
Experience: 7-8 years in a leadership role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
