Job Title: Manager Stations
- Lead and manage a team of station personnel.
- Investigate and analyze incidents, implementing corrective actions.
- Evaluate employee performance and propose adjustments.
- Supervise the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure station security, safety, and cleanliness.
- Conduct employee training and development.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors (4 years)
- Experience: 5 Years – 10 Years
