Position: Admin Executive
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role
Qualification: Master/ Graduation
Gender: Male
Location: Barkat Market, Lahore.
Type: Full-time
Skill: Advance MS Excel user
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage daily administrative activities to ensure smooth operations.
Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and events for various teams and departments.
Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for company personnel.
Procure and manage office supplies, ensuring an adequate inventory at all times.
Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems in an organized manner.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among different teams and departments.
Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication in a timely manner.
Assist in budget tracking and expense management related to administrative tasks.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for various office-related needs.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
Take on ad hoc tasks and projects as required to support the overall functioning of the company.
