One of the fastest growing International fast food chain in Pakistan is looking to hire Assistant Brand Manager/Assistant Manager Marketing for its head office in Karachi. Candidate should be well versed with both conventional and digital marketing. Experience with latest digital trends and techniques will be a plus. Candidate should be equipped with knowledge of using advertising platforms Such as Google, Facebook, Twitter etc. Should have design DVC/TVC experience. Deep Understanding of KPIs and techniques to improve and achieve them. Should have a creative Flair. Should be team player and must be able to work in a fast paced organization with timely coordination across all departments.
Essentials of JD:
Take ownership of scouting new ideas and story lines. Development of concepts and formats both in-house and external partners. Develop and implement content marketing strategies to build stronger brand awareness and drive engagement and organic growth. Dealing with third party vendors and media agencies. Track marketing parameters to assist in better positioning and brand optimization. Identify innovative marketing ideas to increase business prospects to build the brand. Assist in developing and executing promotional activities for business enhancement. Coordinate marketing essentials with relevant stakeholders on regular basis nationwide. Competitor analysis. Follow and research modern trends for brand development. Candidate should be able to play an active role in strategic planning. Design and execute Marketing Plan in relevance to the strategic objectives.
Core Requirements:
Education: MBA from a reputable and recognized institute.
Excellent communication Skills (written and verbal).
High Analytical skills along with exceptional familiarity with using Excel and PowerPoint. Good presentation Skills.
Pleasant personality and ability to meet deadlines as and when require.
Can handle pressure effectively.
