Job Description:
- Handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms across channels including retail and online.
- Resolve customer complaints/concerns in an effective & efficient manner.
- Identify customer needs & take proactive steps to maintain a positive brand experience.
- Coordinate with other departments/couriers to take follow up on a daily basis for smooth operations.
- Stay informed about the company policies and procedures to guide the customers accordingly.
- Any other task asked by the concerned Head
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication – English & Urdu
- Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint hands on experience
Qualification:
- Bachelor Hons or equivalent
Duty Shift:
- Morning/Evening Shifts
