Assistant Manager HR
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process and create a sustainable talent acquisition strategy
- Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs
- Plan employee engagement activities by introducing cost effective ideas and execute as needed
- Ensure availability of up-to-date organograms and JD database
Eligibility:
- 2 – 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in textile sector
- BBA/MBA/MHRM
- Head Office, Lahore
