The individuals who fulfill the below basic eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions:

01. Position: Wing Head – Agency and Trustee (VP / SVP)

Reporting to: Divisional Head – Investment Banking
Academic / Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by HEC
  • Candidate having Master’s Degree and / or relevant certification(s) would be preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 08 years of experience in the Banking Industry out of which 05 years in the field of Corporate & Investment Banking / Trustee & Agency Services

Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:

  • Sound understanding of products & services offered in Corporate & Investment Banking including Agency & Trustee functions
  • Strong understanding of Financial Institutions, public / private credit based as well as equity / debt transactions along with associated products and services
  • Thorough understanding of relevant Laws, Rules, Procedures and Instructions such as Trust Act, Companies Act, SECP Manual, Power Policies, debt securitization rules and regulations, etc.

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • To head and manage the function of Agency and Trustee team on best practice principles while following day to day operations and assuming account record keeping and execution as per rules, regulations and procedures as directed by the regulator and internal policies.
  • To devise, develop and implement effective policies and operational framework for the successful management of the Agency & Trustee functions, ensure compliance with all regulations and internal policies of the Bank and enhance the overall performance of the function.
  • To manage external clients’ transaction-related documents and ensure the preparation and submission of accurate and complete documents in line with legal and operational requirements, while ensuring proper handling and confidentiality of clients’ matters.
  • To ensure that the function acts with integrity and due diligence, and that client transactions and reporting are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To assist in dealing with various regulators such as SECP and liaising with clients regarding their requirements in a professional and efficient manner.
  • To develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing solutions in line with Bank’s objectives.
  • To ensure the availability of MIS reports for internal and external audit purposes.
  • To develop and enhance the Bank’s position in the Trustee & Agency Services market and increase the client base.
  • To assist Divisional Head in the preparation and submission of all required reports and presentations to Senior Management.
  • Any other responsibility as assigned by the supervisor(s).

02. Position: Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (OG-I / OG-II)

Reporting to: Team Lead / Business Head
Academic / Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by HEC
  • Candidate having Master’s Degree and / or relevant certification(s) would be preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 03 years of experience in the Banking industry / Financial Sector, out of which 01 year should preferably be in Corporate Banking or Commercial and / or Retail Banking

Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:

  • Sound understanding of products & services offered in Corporate & Investment Banking
  • Strong Relationship Management skills and excellent negotiation skills

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • To regularly engage with the allocated and regional corporate client base as well as Head Office staff in routine banking matters.
  • To assist Business Head – Corporate Banking in implementing the business strategy, assessing targets and understanding customer needs, as well as increasing the number of clients and corporate accounts.
  • To enhance existing banking relationships with existing and potential clients with a view to grow the business while protecting the Bank’s asset quality and position its products / services accordingly.
  • To increase the number of clients and grow the deposit and borrowing plans for the assigned areas of work.
  • To proactively ensure the growth of the assigned portfolio and monitoring profitability of individual accounts daily, analyzing and interpreting information to recommend solutions.
  • To collaborate with internal business and product partners and stakeholders including senior credit and risk managers to try and tap into client relationships and maintain constant communication with internal partners to provide seamless service to clients.
  • To achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) assigned in terms of asset book, liabilities, cross-selling including FX, Trade Finance, and other products & services being offered by the Bank.
  • To uphold the Bank’s policies ensuring quality assurance, data integrity and adherence to the Bank’s procedures and guidelines to submit and recommend business proposals for the approval of senior management.
  • To keep abreast of the processes required by external bodies such as regulators and other stakeholders including Financial Regulatory bodies as well as internal requirements of the Bank (including credit policies) and ensure strict compliance.
  • To prepare annual business plans and targets for the assigned area of work to be met and to monitor progress.
  • To represent the Bank in external client meetings as assigned by the supervisor(s).

Place of Posting: MIS Office (Head Office)

03. Position: Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (AVP / VP)

Reporting to: Business Head – Corporate Banking
Academic / Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by HEC
  • Candidate having Master’s Degree and / or relevant certification(s) would be preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 05 years of experience in the Banking industry out of which 03 years in the field of Corporate Banking or Commercial and / or Retail Banking

Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:

  • Strong analytical and structuring skills
  • Sound understanding of products & services offered in Corporate & Investment Banking

  • Candidate having Master’s Degree and / or relevant certification(s) would be preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 01 year of banking experience in the field of data analysis or MIS and / or Financial Reporting

  • Superior data collection, financial and quantitative skills

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • To analyze and monitor credit limits, outstanding and NPL of CIBG clients on monthly basis.
  • To prepare Corporate Bank’s monthly Key Financial Indicators (KFIs) for onward submission to the Corporate Committee, President’s Management Forum and Higher Management.
  • To prepare annual Budget Scorecard in Investment Banking Group and manage the Target Setting Exercise in close coordination with the Strategy & Business Transformation Division.
  • To coordinate with Business Operations Support Unit (BOSU) with Regional Corporate Centers, Special Asset Management Group and Finance Group for onward submission.
  • To prepare and assist in information management tasks for designated infrastructure projects.
  • To assist Divisional Head – Analytics & Compliance Division (ACD) in preparation of presentations for Senior Management and Board of Directors and assist in other work assigned by the supervisor(s).
  • To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

Employment Type:

ADC Support Officer (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting to: Wing Head IT & ADC

Educational / Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC, preferably in IT / Science
  • Candidates having a Master’s degree / Islamic Banking certification / degree / diploma will be preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 03 years of banking experience, out of which at least 01 year of experience in IT in the area of Alternate Delivery Channels
  • Candidates having working experience on various technologies would be preferred

Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:

  • Strong analytical skills

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • To supervise and manage ATM Monitoring at Aitemaad Islamic Banking Group (AIBG) operational sites, installed at all five Islamic Banking Regional offices, in close coordination with regional custodians
  • To monitor ATM downtime and escalate highly sensitive ATM issues for attention & rectification to Network Monitoring Heads, ATM Monitoring team at Operations Group (OPG) Head Office, for their required actions
  • To manage and coordinate with Information Technology Group (ITG) and other stakeholders to identify system issues pertaining to ATM Card applications
  • To liaison between branches / region and ATM vendors for shifting / relocation and installation / configuration of ATM machines as and when required
  • To prepare monthly dashboards, MIS reporting, with respect to NBP Digital and Alternate Delivery Channels (ADCs) and share with business team and field
  • To provide support to Card production team for their queries specific to Islamic Banking customers, resolve issues for smooth production of ATM cards
  • To coordinate with branches regarding resolution of all ADC issues
  • To manage and liaison between branches and ADC Head Office team, for implementation of new services / upgrade of software patches on ATM machines
  • To liaison with business and ADC teams to perform UAT, for all ADCs, ATM, Mobile App, Internet Banking etc.
  • To provide support to branches to arrange ATM EJ roll and pin hole camera images in coordination with Head Office ADC team
  • To assist AIBG IT team in Core Banking and implementation of Allied applications
  • To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
