The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:
Position / Job Title: Collection Operations Officer (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting to: Head Collection Strategy & Support
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having a Master’s Degree and/or any other relevant certification(s) will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 03 years of banking experience in the field of retail credit and/or retail collections and/or retail operations.
- Candidates having experience of working in a similar role in large-scale/public sector organizations will be preferred.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Good knowledge of banking products.
- Goal-oriented, result-driven with the ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks.
- Ability to effectively handle delinquent customers.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- Perform allocation of accounts to collection officers and agencies.
- Monitor collector productivity and performance on a monthly basis and share it with the Collections Manager for review.
- Prepare and maintain records of write-off proposals.
- Coordinate with the collections team to conduct field visits to verify the mailing address.
- Arrange timely dispatch of dunning of all products, keep a log of all the returned mails, and ensure that the dunning should be dispatched to the correct addresses.
- Prepare collection and recovery incentives on a monthly basis.
- Ensure SMS dunning is sent to customers on the dates prescribed in the collection procedure manual.
- Resolve escalated complaints and handle queries assigned through PRU / CMU.
- Issue warning letters to Branch Managers for not auctioning or delaying the auction of Gold in DF Gold and Agri Gold cases.
- Assign targets to collection officers and external agencies, and undertake performance monitoring of external agencies.
- Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).
Assessment Test / Interview(s):

Employment Type:
The employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, which may be renewed at the discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits as per the Bank’s policy/rules.

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or any other relevant certifications like ISO 27001 / Security / CISA / CISSP will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of experience in the security and compliance area of IT, out of which 04 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in banking.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Sound understanding of compliance with an organization’s security policies and implementing corporate controls as needed.
- Expertise in security operations and best practices, and promoting security awareness across the organization.
- Good decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- To ensure compliance with and governance of the security and compliance area, and handle all vendor-related activities.
- To monitor and manage the security posture of NBP’s systems, ensuring timely rectification of issues.

Position / Job Title: Unit Head – Network Security & Compliance (AVP / VP)

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or any relevant certifications like ISO 27001 / Security / CISA / CISSP will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of experience in IT Networks & Security, out of which 04 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in banking.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Good knowledge of firewalls, routing, switching, and VPN technology.
- Understanding of security protocols such as AAA, WAF, ACL, and more.
- Hands-on experience in using SIEM solutions and conducting vulnerability assessments.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- To manage the security and compliance of NBP’s network systems.
- To ensure compliance with internal and external security policies.
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).
Position / Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Security Analyst (AVP)
Reporting to: Unit Head – Infrastructure Security & Compliance
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and/or relevant certifications will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of experience in Infrastructure Security / IT operations, preferably in banking.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Strong understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity, and regulatory frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure security.
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To manage and implement the bank’s security measures.
- To analyze security threats and take preventive actions.
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).
Position / Job Title: Team Lead – SAP Operations (AVP)
Reporting to: Unit Head – SAP Operations
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation from a local or international university recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having a Master’s degree or relevant certifications will be preferred.
Experience:
- Experience in directly working on SAP Financial and Operational systems with 05 years in a similar role.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (FICO, MM, HR, etc.) and ability to resolve technical issues.

- To execute all operational / technical tasks on SAP.
- To provide training and support for SAP users.
