ASSISTANT MANAGER HR
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
- Recruitment & Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee files, attendance, and leave records in compliance with labor laws
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance productivity and skills
- Performance Management: Assist in appraising employee performance and ensure timely completion of evaluations
- Payroll Assistance: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company HR policies, including maintaining updated knowledge of labor law changes
Industrial Relations (IR):
- Conflict Resolution: Handle disputes and resolve workplace conflicts in accordance with labor laws and company guidelines
- Compliance with Labor Laws: Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, Industrial Relations Ordinance, and other applicable labor legislation
- Disciplinary Actions: Manage disciplinary processes, including conducting investigations and issuing warnings, as required
- Government Liaison: Coordinate with government departments, including labor offices, EOBI, and Social Security for compliance and inspections
- Grievance Handling: Address employee complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution
REQUIREMENTS
- BBA/MBA (HRM) from a reputable University
- 4-5 years of experience in the similar capacity
- Experience preferably in Beverage Industry
