Urgently looking for Manager Value Added Services (VAS) profiles for Muller & Phipps Express Logistics. Candidates with MBA and exposure in Product development, new Project acquisition, marketing and Value Added Services are highly encouraged to apply.
Purpose:
- Overall purpose of this position is to identify the needs of customers present in market but are still un-tapped, Manager VAS is to identify and develop new products which will cater the needs of customers.
- Brief Job Description:
- Develop SOPs for existing & new VAS
- Assign retail targets
- Prepare separate budget & forecast for value-added products
- Coordinate with marketing department for preparation of promotional material
- Conduct trainings for value-added services
- Monitor daily sales, assign targets & take necessary action where required
- Visit ECs to assess staff & guide them to increase VAS sales
- Co-ordinate with the admin department for timely arrangements of necessary material/supplies
- To put forward suggestion Head of Retail for best negotiations with VAS partners
- Intervene & identify solution if any issue arise at any level pertain to VAS
- Liaison between retail & operation team where necessary for successfully execution
