Education:
- BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management or Sales & Marketing
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a freight forwarding company
Skills:
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations and procedures.
- Expertise in financial software and ERP systems.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Diligent with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing queries, gathering feedback, and ensuring long-term engagement.
- Coordinate shipments with vendors, agents, and co-loaders while keeping customers informed; support operational documentation (endorsements, delivery orders, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations for seamless operational execution.
- Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients, negotiating beneficial pricing agreements, and driving business growth.
- Conduct market analysis to track new trends and adjust pricing strategies competitively.
